Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest services, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.
  • Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee night audit procedures, reconciling daily financial transactions to ensure accuracy and accountability.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests efficiently.
  • Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and Bilingual communication skills when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest preferences, and billing information to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Foster a positive team environment by providing training, mentorship, and ongoing support to staff members.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles, with a strong background in front desk operations.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Multilingual or Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is essential.
  • Experience with night audit procedures and guest relations in a resort or hotel setting is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
