- Oversee night audit procedures, reconciling daily financial transactions to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests efficiently.
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and Bilingual communication skills when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest preferences, and billing information to optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements
