Maintenance Technician – Apartment Community
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Full-Time
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician/HVAC Tech.
EXPERIENCE
Experience with apartment Unit turns, general maintenance and repairs.
Must be dependable.
REPORTING
This position reports directly to experienced District Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Working on UNIT TURNS.
2. Working on MAINTENANCE Requests
SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. Drywall Repair
2. Painting
3. Vinyl Tile Flooring
4. Carpet Repoval
5. Tile Repair
6. Cabinet Repair
7. Countertop Installation
8. Sinking Installation
9. Lighting and Receptacle installation
10. HVAC Diagnosis and work
REGUIREMENTS
- 5 years experience as maintenance at an apartment complex.
- Knowledge of typical plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and electrical repairs.
- Must own your own tools.
- Reliable transportation and on time attendance required.
- Positive person, team player, and willingness to take direction, report progress.
- Physically fit to perform.
Compensation & Benefits
- 40 hours per week. Week ends only during snow duty or as agreed upon.)
- 90 day trial period. Full time position offered at 90 days upon meeting qualifications.
- Start Date: Immediately
Pay: $22.50 - $28.50 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
