About This Role:

The Manager, Financial Systems & Consolidation, is a professional who oversees the technology systems used for a company's financial operations. Their role involves ensuring the integrity and security of financial data, improving efficiency. They are also responsible for the accurate and timely results of the month-end close process.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Management: Maintain and upgrade financial system (OneStream), including data security, metadata changes and system enhancements
• Consolidation Management and Support: manage the monthly financial close process within the financial system, including the following:
  • Task management- manage adherence to monthly close deliverables and deadlines
  • Intercompany- management and resolution of intercompany accounts, including reconciliations and eliminations. Liaison with brand and corporate accounting teams to ensure compliance with intercompany processes
• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Assist in developing and writing financial and operational reports, models and analyses driven by business needs
• Training and Support: Train staff on how to use financial systems and software effectively. Provide general user support

Strategic and Leadership Duties:

• Drive Process Improvements and System Enhancements:
  • Planning and Forecasting- partner with FP&A to identify and lead a robust, systematic planning and forecasting module. This includes gathering requirements, monitoring development, testing, and rollout to the enterprise portfolio
  • Controllership- partner with controllership to identify and lead initiatives to streamline and automate accounting processes, improving efficiency and accuracy. This includes system enhancements to streamline outlier detection and resolution
• Contribute to External Reporting: work with accounting team to ensure all financial reporting complies with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
