About the role

As Commercial Lead for Marioff’s Connected Services you would be acting as the business owner of our connected products. You will play a key role in coordinating the new developments between different teams and you will be driving the implementation, commercialization and benefit realization together with business unit organizations.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive connected services commercialization a Business Owner in strong cooperation with global and sales teams globally
  • Full-chain ownership of Marioff Connected Services end-to-end commercialization: go-to-market strategies, offering, sales, pricing, and customer success management 
  • Be part of the connected services technical development as a Business Owner in strong cooperation with agile Engineering development teams in Finland and Poland
  • Creating commercial development roadmap, budget and resourcing across organizational structures 
  • Work closely with pilot customers and sales teams to develop and formulate robust value propositions, proposals, presentations and execution strategies to enable multi-year Marioff service subscription and service sales 
  • Successful launch and commercialization of the HI-FOG Smart and upcoming connected services 
  • Actively benchmarking industry practices and securing competitiveness of Marioff Connected Services 

 

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • 5 years of experience working with/leading the commercialization of connected services, preferably within a B2B environment
  • A passionate approach towards digital services and a holistic understanding and vision on where connected services should be developed in the B2B context 
  • Business-oriented mindset and desire to deliver results and set ambitious targets
  • Excellent customer management skills, also proficiency in collaborating effectively with engineering and operations teams 
  • Ability to understand IoT technology at least on architectural level and interact in a value-adding way with development teams, to ask the right questions is considered a strong asset
  • Capability of driving large projects with multiple stakeholders in a global matrix organization, srong people management abilities
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong fluency in English, both spoken and written 
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel
