Job Responsibilities
- Provide porter services by maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of assigned facilities throughout the day.
- Use the company mobile app to clock in/out, complete checklists, and submit job reports.
- Prepare and use cleaning solutions according to company specifications.
- Perform general cleaning duties, including:
- Cleaning and restocking restrooms
- Cleaning windows and glass partitions
- Dusting furniture, walls, equipment, and fixtures
- Polishing furniture and other surfaces
- Maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, steam cleaning, shampooing, and performing specialty floor care such as stripping, sealing, finishing, and polishing when needed.
- Empty trash containers and maintain clean waste disposal areas.
- Monitor building safety by securing facilities after hours and identifying hazards.
- Report maintenance issues, equipment concerns, or supply needs to the Site Supervisor.
- Follow all DetailXPerts safety procedures, company policies, and client contract requirements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining positive relationships with clients and coworkers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of janitorial or commercial cleaning experience
- Leadership or team lead experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass an extensive background check
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Committed to providing outstanding customer service
Schedule
Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM
- 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Every Other Saturday
- Fleet Wash: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
