We are currently seeking a Commercial Landscape Account Manager to join our growing team. This position will primarily service commercial properties in and around Philadelphia, PA, ensuring high-quality maintenance and promoting business development through landscape enhancements, irrigation, lighting, and plant healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in conjunction with the operations manager to ensure the proper implementation of all Landscaping Services: Mowing, Pruning, Spring Cleanup, Mulching, and Flower rotations.
- Help get the crew set up in the morning to make sure they have the correct routing, materials and equipment for the day.
- Assist the crews as needed throughout the day to make sure they are operating safely and efficiently.
- Manage the equipment and truck fleet to ensure the fleet is safe and operating correctly.
- Oversee job sites to help the crew maintain sites in a quality manner.
- Help manage snow operations by helping prepare equipment and sites for the snow season. Potentially oversee or plow sites.
- Communicate with the Account manager to ensure client needs are being addressed and sites are being serviced correctly.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in Commercial Property Services
- Experience: 2-4 years in a supervisory/management role with proven leadership abilities
- Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize effectively
- Problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Languages: Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred)
- License: Valid driver’s license with a reasonably clean driving record
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. and engage in various physical tasks related to the role
- Travel: Travel required between client sites and operational locations
