Responsibilities
- Perform lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing using hand tools and power equipment
- Apply pest control treatments safely and effectively to protect lawns from pests and diseases
- Operate farm machinery and power tools such as blowers, trimmers, and aerators to enhance landscape quality
- Assist with planting, watering, and soil preparation to support healthy turf and plant growth
- Drive company vehicles to job sites while adhering to safety protocols and traffic laws
- Conduct site inspections to assess lawn health and identify areas needing attention or improvement
- Collaborate with team members to complete landscaping projects efficiently and to high standards
Requirements
- Prior experience or knowledge in lawn care, landscaping, farming, or agriculture is preferred but not mandatory—training will be provided!
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment safely and effectively
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for driving company vehicles
- Strong work ethic with physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality service
- Willingness to learn new skills related to pest control, land management, and equipment operation
- Good communication skills for teamwork and client interactions
