We’re seeking an exceptional Auto Detailer to join our growing team. This is a part-time position (20-30 hours per week) with strong potential to transition into a full-time role after a successful 90-day evaluation period. Key Responsibilities

• Perform meticulous interior and exterior vehicle detailing to the highest standards
• Execute paint correction, polishing, and surface preparation procedures
• Apply protective coatings, sealants, and ceramic products with precision
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and identify areas requiring attention
• Operate professional detailing equipment including buffers, polishers, extractors, and steamers
• Maintain organized and clean work areas consistent with our premium facility standards
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding vehicle condition and service recommendations
• Follow detailed processes and protocols to ensure consistent, repeatable results
• Safely move and position vehicles within the facility
• Maintain inventory of detailing supplies and products

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Valid Florida driver’s license with clean driving record
• Genuine passion for automotive detailing and commitment to excellence
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering flawless work
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physical capability to stand, bend, and perform manual tasks for extended periods
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
• Reliability and strong work ethic

Preferred:

• 1 years of professional auto detailing experience
• Knowledge of paint correction techniques and polishing methods
• Familiarity with ceramic coatings and paint protection film
• Experience with luxury and high-end vehicles
• Relevant certifications (IDA Certified Detailer, manufacturer training, etc.)

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience and certifications)
• Hours: Part-time, 20-30 hours per week
• Full-Time Opportunity: Potential transition to full-time after 90-day evaluation
