Position Overview:
As a Part-Time Keyholder, you’ll help deliver exceptional customer service, achieve sales goals, and support store operations. You’ll use your passion for auto care and product knowledge to build lasting relationships with customers and contribute to the store’s success. Your role also includes working with a fun, collaborative team and taking on leadership responsibilities such as opening and closing the store.
Key Responsibilities & Competencies:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored recommendations. Build trust and create lasting relationships by demonstrating enthusiasm for our products and delivering personalized service.

Actively seek sales opportunities, demonstrate products, and meet or exceed targets. Take ownership of your role and help drive store success by closing sales and promoting upsells.

Work closely with your team to maintain store operations, including merchandising, inventory, and customer service. Support teammates and contribute to a positive and energetic store environment.

Take responsibility for key tasks such as opening and closing the store. Demonstrate a proactive approach by learning new products and staying curious to provide valuable solutions for customers.

Qualifications:
- Retail experience or strong interest in auto detailing products and car culture.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, at least 15 hours weekly.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
