What You’ll Do
As a Detail Technician, you will:
- Perform interior and exterior detailing services
- Complete full details, maintenance details, and specialty packages
- Assist with paint decontamination and correction processes
- Apply ceramic coatings (training provided)
- Clean wheels, tires, trim, glass, and engine bays
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow SOPs and quality checklists
- Communicate clearly with team members and leadership
- Deliver a consistent, 5-star customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Attention to detail (this is critical)
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- Team-first mindset
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Previous detailing experience is a plus — but we will train the right person
