Available Shifts:
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
What You'll Be Doing:
- Prepare metal components for powder coating by cleaning, masking, and hanging parts.
- Apply durable, high-quality powder-coated finishes using spray equipment.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet strict quality standards.
- Maintain powder coating equipment and work areas.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product excellence.
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous powder coating experience preferred.
- Manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
- Team-oriented attitude and dependable work ethic.
- Basic math and measuring skills.
