- $15/hour – Weekends

Position Overview
Destiny’s Caring Hands LLC is seeking a dependable and safety-focused On-Call Client Mobility Specialist to support non-emergency client transportation, home-delivered meal routes, and urgent on-call coverage during daytime and evening hours, including weekends.
This role is essential to our commitment that no client is left without care, transportation, or meals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, non-emergency transportation for clients
- Complete scheduled and on-call home-delivered meal deliveries
- Respond to on-call requests during daytime or evening hours
- Travel to client locations up to 2 hours away (maximum)
- Assist with urgent pickups, coverage gaps, or service disruptions
- Handle meals safely and professionally
- Communicate clearly with clients, caregivers, and leadership
- Follow all safety, documentation, and confidentiality standards
Vehicle & Mileage Policy
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- May operate a company vehicle when assigned OR
- Use a personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement per agency policy
- Proof of valid auto insurance required if using a personal vehicle
Schedule Expectations
- On-call availability during daytime and evening hours
- Weekend and select holiday availability required
- Flexible scheduling based on operational needs
- Must be reachable and responsive during assigned on-call periods
