As a Canvasser with Destiny Painting, you'll work outdoors, meet homeowners in local neighborhoods, and help schedule FREE painting estimates for our sales team. You're not selling painting services—your role is simply to start friendly conversations, build rapport, and schedule appointments.

Responsibilities

• Engage homeowners in assigned neighborhoods through friendly, professional conversations.
• Schedule FREE painting estimates for our sales consultants.
• Represent Destiny Painting with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Walk designated neighborhoods and follow assigned routes.
• Place neighborhood marketing signs when appropriate.
• Track appointments and daily activity using our mobile application.
• Meet daily and weekly appointment goals while maintaining excellent customer interactions.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams to achieve company goals.

No canvassing, sales, or marketing experience is required. We value attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn over previous experience.

CompensationWeekly Earnings

• During Training: Approximately $500–$800 per week
• After Training: $800–$1,200 per week is common for team members who consistently follow our proven system.
• Top performers regularly earn $1,500 per week.

Compensation Includes:

• Base pay

Location Coverage and Service Area

This position covers neighborhoods within:

• Tacoma, WA
• Puyallup, WA

Work Schedule

• Tuesday – Friday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Sunday & Monday Off

Enjoy a consistent schedule with every Sunday and Monday off while working primarily during afternoon and early evening hours.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Reliable transportation to travel between assigned neighborhoods.
• A smartphone for using our scheduling and tracking app.
• The ability to comfortably walk 3 miles per day.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to accept coaching and feedback.
