Strategies Recruiting Services is seeking a highly capable Personal Assistant to support the CEO in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This role requires exceptional integrity, discretion, organization, and the ability to anticipate needs without being directed. The ideal candidate operates independently, thinks strategically, and understands how to keep complex operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
This position is not administrative busy work. It is a leadership-adjacent role for someone who understands how to manage people, systems, schedules, information, and logistics in support of executive-level decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary operational support to the CEO
- Manage daily schedules, priorities, communications, and logistics
- Anticipate needs, solve problems, and take initiative without constant instruction
- Coordinate and oversee other staff members as needed
- Conduct research, compile information, and present findings clearly and concisely
- Organize projects, documents, and workflows to ensure efficiency and follow-through
- Prepare for client visits, meetings, and events, including logistics, meals, and materials
- Assist with dictation, note-taking, and call monitoring to capture critical information
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all matters
- Run errands and handle administrative and personal support tasks as required
- Travel with or on behalf of the CEO when needed
Required Qualifications
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other productivity software
- Strong research skills and the ability to locate and synthesize information efficiently
- Ability to create and implement systems that improve workflow and accountability
- Clean driving record and willingness to run errands and travel
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and respect for people at all levels
Preferred Experience
- Background working in multiple functional areas (administration, operations, customer service, logistics, etc.)
- Familiarity with community resources and service providers
- Experience supporting senior executives or business owners
- Ability to manage competing priorities with confidence and accuracy

- Must understand the importance of dietary, scheduling, and client-experience requirements

Compensation:
Salary is DOE (Dependent on Experience) and negotiable.
