Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operations of the daycare center, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Support curriculum development initiatives that promote age-appropriate learning and developmental milestones for children across various age groups.
- Lead staff supervision, including conducting faculty evaluations, providing instructional leadership, and facilitating ongoing professional development.
- Oversee personnel management tasks such as hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews to build a motivated and effective team.
- Collaborate with families to address concerns, communicate progress, and foster strong relationships that support children's well-being.
- Manage budgets as an executive education administrator, including planning expenditures, monitoring expenses, and ensuring financial sustainability.
- Contribute to strategic planning efforts to enhance program quality, expand services through fundraising efforts, and ensure compliance with school legal standards including special education law.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in school administrative leadership or as a school legal knowledge expert within early childhood or K-12 settings.
- Strong background in curriculum development, instructional leadership in education, and classroom experience working directly with young children.
- Demonstrated success in managing budgets as an executive education administrator and supervising staff within educational environments.
- Knowledge of special education law and experience working with students requiring additional support services.
- Excellent public speaking skills coupled with the ability to lead meetings, conduct faculty evaluations, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Previous experience in education administration or school management roles such as School Administrative Director is highly desirable.
- Passion for working with children, understanding of classroom dynamics, and commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments through leadership excellence.
