POSITION OVERVIEW //
The 3D Printer Operator works closely with creative and production leadership to transform creative concepts into visually stunning and technically feasible designs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possess a keen eye for detail, and uses their creativity and technical know-how to produce innovative, strategic and on-brand creative solutions for events and experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES //
- Maintain warehouse in an organized and presentable manner.
- Document and report items concerning transportation, damages, supplies needed for packing vehicles and inventory changes.
- Follow safety procedures and assist with enforcement of safety activities.
- Set-up office demos
- Maintain equipment, props and furniture.
- Retain and generate up-to-date vehicle logs, refueling and daily vehicle reports.
- Maintain weekly trucking event order board of events.
- Inspect truck conditions or equipment, for repairs or replacements.
- Pull and deliver décor items for studio
- Adhere to timelines and event loads
- Properly label all event trucks and ensure event orders are assigned a number
- Assist with pick-up / return of rental items
- Work set-up and load-outs as necessary
- Inspect to ensure all items on event orders are loaded efficiently and securely
- Remain polite and cooperative with management, crew members and vendors Perform other duties as assigned by the
- Warehouse Manager.
Qualifications
DESIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & QUALIFICATIONS //
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work successfully and solve problems in a deadline-driven environment where multitasking is commonplace
- Must be minimum 18 years of age with six months of warehouse/ or event logistics experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS //
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
