PDI & Express Technicians – Start Your Career Strong

$18-$20/Hr (Depending on level of Experience)

As an Express Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing light maintenance and repairs with a focus on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. This entry on Kia or Nissan vehicles -level position is a great opportunity for individuals looking to grow their career in the automotive industry. Some Duties you will be performing include: oil changes, tire rotations, battery checks, 4 Wheel Alignments, and other routine maintenance services

Another great way to start is as a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) Technician: Own the final quality check. You’ll document every inspection, follow factory‑certified checklists, and make sure every vehicle leaves the lot safe, compliant, and ready for the road.

A and B‑Level Technicians – Diagnostics, Electrical, and Drivability Pros

PAY: $25-$45/HR. (Depending on level of experience)

Are you the tech who can chase down electrical issues, handle diagnostics with confidence, and wants a shop that helps you level up? We want your talent — and we’ll help you take it further.

You’ll perform repairs with accuracy and efficiency, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using specialized equipment, and communicate repair needs with both the parts department and service advisors. You’ll document all findings, maintain detailed repair records, road‑test vehicles when needed, and ensure every job meets dealership, factory, and safety standards. Staying current with new automotive technologies is part of the everyday workflow.

Qualifications:

• A Current, Clean, Valid Driver’s License is required as Per Company Policy
• Prior experience with Kia is a plus!
• Must be available to work Rotating Saturdays
• Have your own basic set of hand tools
• Must be able to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues AND, do it right the first time in accordance with factory and dealership standards.
• Service technician experience 3 years
• NYS Inspection License is a plus!
• ASE Certification is a Plus!
