POSITION SUMMARY
The Social Media Account Manager owns social storytelling across platforms for specific unit or market accounts. This role develops strategy, creates content, manages communities, partners with operations and events, and measures performance to grow brand love, awareness, and customer demand.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy & Planning
- Build a social strategy and monthly content calendar for your accounts.
- Define KPIs and reporting cadence; test, learn, and optimize.
Content & Community
- Produce on‑brand photo/video assets; write compelling copy with a consistent voice.
- Engage with guests daily; manage DMs, comments, and UGC rights; escalate service issues to ops.
Collaboration & Campaigns
- Partner with Events, Culinary, and Ops on launches, features, and activations.
- Coordinate influencer and partnership opportunities; ensure disclosures and brand safety measures are in place.
Measurement & Governance
- Track performance (reach, engagement, traffic, reservations) and deliver actionable insights.
- Maintain brand and legal compliance; manage content approvals and asset libraries.
JOB‑SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- Hands‑on social management experience for hospitality or lifestyle brands.
- Strong creative skills (copy, photo/video) and platform fluency (IG, FB, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest).
- Analytics literacy; experience with scheduling and listening tools.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Compensation
- $500-750 Per Unit Per Month DOE
- Can be paid as 1099 contract or W2
