Foundational Community Supports (FCS) Supervisor

Overview
Destination Hope and Recovery is seeking a Program Supervisor for our Foundational Community Supports (FCS) Program. This program supports individuals in accessing and maintaining housing and employment, with a focus on long term stability and independence.

This is a hands on leadership role. The Supervisor will work closely with staff in the field, providing guidance, support, and oversight to ensure services are delivered with consistency, accountability, and compassion.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, guide, and hold a team accountable
• Experience as a Case Manager or in a similar direct service role
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or at least 4 years of experience in a related field
• Experience working with Medicaid funded services is required
• Clear understanding of Foundational Community Supports requirements is preferred
• Strong people skills and the ability to build and maintain community partnerships
• Knowledge of housing systems, employment supports, and common barriers to stability
• Ability to manage crisis situations and support staff through high acuity cases
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to review, track, and manage program compliance

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support FCS staff in the field
• Provide guidance on complex client situations and assist staff with problem solving
• Review documentation and monitor program compliance to ensure quality and accountability
• Support staff in housing navigation and employment services
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, employers, and community partners
• Ensure services align with FCS guidelines and expectations
• Identify gaps in services and support program growth
• Represent the program in meetings, outreach, and community events

Pay: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour
