Destination Eyecare is seeking a Luxury Optical Frame Sales Associate to join our upscale boutique team. Our ideal candidate is dependable, outgoing, and has a strong background in sales with a flair for style and presentation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (luxury retail, jewelry, cosmetics, or optical sales preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Outgoing, warm, and personable
- Interest in fashion, personal styling, or luxury brands
- Highly dependable with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable learning about optical products and vision care
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in selecting luxury eyewear that suits their style and lifestyle
- Provide personalized styling consultations and expert product knowledge
- Drive sales through relationship-building and exceptional service
- Educate clients on lens options, coatings, and frame features
- Coordinate with doctors and technicians to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Maintain a polished, clean, and inviting showroom
