Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, transportation, and vacation packages

• Assist clients with planning trips based on their preferences, travel goals, and budgets

• Organize detailed travel itineraries and ensure all reservation details are accurate

• Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm bookings and availability

• Maintain accurate records of bookings, confirmations, and client communications

• Provide guidance on travel schedules, documentation requirements, and itinerary details

• Support travelers with questions or itinerary updates before and during their trips

• Stay informed about travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination information

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple travel requests and details simultaneously

• Customer-service mindset with strong attention to detail

• Comfortable working independently in a remote work environment

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online systems

• Interest in travel, tourism, hospitality, or travel planning

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, logistics, or travel coordination is helpful but not required
