Summary
The Head Pickleball Pro is responsible for the Pickleball operations of Wild Dunes Resort. The Head Pro will organize and execute all Pickleball programs. - Develop and implement training programs for Pickleball instructors, including instruction on technique, strategy, and game management.
- Organize and conduct Pickleball clinics and lessons for all levels of players, from beginners to advanced.
- Oversee the scheduling of Pickleball courts and ensure that all activities are conducted in a safe and organized manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Pickleball equipment manufacturers and suppliers to ensure that the facility is equipped with the latest gear.
- Promote the sport of Pickleball within the local community through marketing and outreach efforts.
- Work closely with the facility's management team to ensure that Pickleball programs are aligned with the overall goals of the facility.
- Recruit and train new Pickleball instructors and ensure that they are up-to-date with the latest techniques and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of Pickleball activities, including attendance, revenue, and expenses.
- Provide excellent customer service to all Pickleball program participants and members.
- The position is salary plus commission based.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
