An intermediate line cook requires good communication and culinary skills. The desired cook candidate will have hotel cooking experience. An intermediate cook should have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. Intermediate cook will work single stations in the kitchen and require limited supervision and training.

Qualifications

🍳 Who We're Looking For

Are you passionate about food and hospitality? Do you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen where teamwork and excellence go hand in hand? We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Line Cook 2 to join our morning crew and help deliver exceptional dining experiences.

🌟 Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude
• At least 3 months of previous line cook experience preferred
• Culinary degree or hotel kitchen experience is a plus
• Solid foundation in basic cooking techniques
• Ability to work a single station and prepare buffet-style meals
• Genuine desire to serve others and contribute to a collaborative kitchen
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification preferred

• Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (flexibility appreciated!)
