Essential job FUNCTIONS:
- Provide a variety of skincare treatments, such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and body treatments, tailored to the specific needs and goals of each client.
- Conduct thurough skin assessmnets to determine skin type, conditions, issues, and provide recommendations for appropriated treatments and homecare regimens.
- Safely and effectively perform extractions to remove impurities from clients’ skin.
- Offer waxing services for hair removal in various body areas, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic experience.
- Consult with clients to understand their skincare concerns and goals. Provide professional advice and product reccomendations.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, including the proper sterialization of tools and equipment.
- Follow state and local regulations and licensing requirements.
Qualifications
Experience & Education:
- A High School Diploma or Equivelent.
- Completion of a state-approved esthetician program.
- Previous esthetician experience is preferred but not required.
- Previous Hotel or Resort experience desired.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have a current South Carolina Esthetician license.
- Strong attention to detail.
- You must be able to spend long hours standing
- Must be able to work flexible days/hours
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds or more.
