We are looking for a friendly and reliable Door Person to join our team at The Lodge at Spruce Peak. In this role, you'll lead Bell, Valet, and Guest Service Coordinators during your shift while creating a warm and welcoming arrival experience for our guests. You'll handle luggage, assist with valet services, provide helpful information, and ensure our guests feel taken care of throughout their stay. If you take pride in delivering exceptional service and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we’d love to meet you.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Customer service experience.
- Strong organizational and time management discipline.
- Operate effectively in stressful situations.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to adapt to changing guest needs.
- Must have a valid Vermont Driver’s License.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
