ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for the Daily Operation of the Pantry, Beanery, Toy & Candy, Pico Taco, Zambonis and other activations as applicable.
- Train line level Colleagues to ensure seamless & luxurious guest service.
- Manages schedule and payroll for employees.
- Communicate information to the service team giving them the knowledge to be individually empowered.
- Ensure a welcoming physical atmosphere and cleanliness of the department, including inspecting tabletops, countertops and side stations through floor presence, and ensuring operational readiness of all service periods
- Supervise the performance, attendance, attitude, appearance and conduct of service team.
- Monitoring and respond to customer experience opportunities in real time.
- Coaching in the moment to Service Colleagues for both celebration and opportunities.
- Maintains house bank and handles all cash according to Resort and departmental policies and procedures
- Maintains an up to date working knowledge of all resort amenities as well as any special events
- Takes restaurant reservations when needed for internal and external guests
- Is knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and Spruce Peak policies.
- Other duties as necessary
Qualifications
- High School Diploma and o ne year of supervisory experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Basic computer skills including MS Office and Micros
- Flexible schedule to include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have or obtain a valid DLC certificate
- Ability to stand/walk up to 10 hours per day
- Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 30 lbs.
Salary : $26 - $29
