This position offers hands-on experience in medical weight loss, IV therapy, aesthetic treatments, and preventative wellness services, with opportunities for growth as we continue to expand.
responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments including vitals, medical history, and eligibility for treatments using EMR systems (Jane or similar platforms)
- Administer injections including GLP-1 medications, vitamin shots (B12, Lipo-C), peptide therapies, and assist with Botox and aesthetic procedures as needed
- Initiate and manage IV therapy treatments (hydration, NAD , vitamin infusions) while maintaining strict aseptic technique
- Educate patients on weight loss protocols, dosing schedules, lifestyle habits, nutrition, and realistic expectations for results
- Support and assist with aesthetic services including RF microneedling, laser treatments (hair and tattoo removal), and skin rejuvenation procedures within scope of practice
- Monitor patient responses, progress, and side effects, and communicate effectively with providers to adjust treatment plans
- Ensure accurate charting, documentation, and compliance with HIPAA standards
- Maintain treatment rooms, prepare equipment, and uphold clinic cleanliness and organization standards
- Provide a high-end patient experience by building rapport, ensuring comfort, and delivering consistent follow-up care
experience
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
- Experience in medical aesthetics, weight loss clinics, med spas, or IV therapy preferred
- Comfortable with injections, IV starts, and patient education
- Familiarity with EMR systems (Jane, Aesthetic Record, or similar)
- Strong understanding of patient safety, infection control, and sterile technique
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with high daily patient volume
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with patients
- BLS certification required

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
