Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide knowledgeable, courteous assistance
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Uphold company policies and contribute to a positive team environment
- Conduct upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
