Your Role:
Create an Exceptional Guest Experience
Ensure consistent execution, quality, and presentation of thoughtfully prepared, flavorful food that reflects DESTIHL’s standards.
Bring Culinary Creativity to the Team
Assist with the development of new menu offerings and culinary concepts that inspire guests and showcase creativity.
Lead and Develop a Culinary Team
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to our culinary team while creating a positive environment built on accountability, teamwork, and growth.
Maintain Safety and Operational Standards
Ensure compliance with DESTIHL standards, food safety regulations, and best practices to provide a safe environment for both guests and team members.
Collaborate Across the Organization
Build strong partnerships with culinary leadership, front-of-house teams, and strategic partners to create a seamless and memorable guest experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of culinary experience with 3 years in a leadership role preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and ownership
- Positive, energetic attitude paired with professionalism and a strong work ethic
- Ability to coach, lead, and inspire a diverse culinary team
- Strong understanding of fundamental cooking techniques and kitchen operations
- Ability to contribute to menu development while maintaining quality, consistency, and guest expectations
How to Stand Out:
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant, brewery, hotel, or hospitality environment
- Experience with on-site, off-site, and catering operations
- Knowledge of current culinary trends and practical business applications
- Culinary Arts degree or equivalent culinary/hospitality education
- Spanish language skills
