We're looking for a Store Manager who shares those values.

Your Impact

As Store Manager, you'll have the opportunity to shape far more than the day-to-day operations of our Rochester café. You'll help build a team, cultivate a culture of excellence, and create the kind of guest experience that turns first-time visitors into lifelong customers.

Working alongside your Assistant Manager, Shift Supervisors, and company leadership, you'll have the autonomy to make meaningful decisions, improve systems, develop people, and continually raise the standard for what a neighborhood coffee shop can be.
