The Foodservice Sales Analyst will be based in either St. Paul, MN or Aurora, CO and play a critical role in driving performance of Dessert Holdings' business with key customers who have global reach. The position partners closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Fulfillment to deliver best-in-class service and execution that strengthen strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain communication with customer teams (sourcing, operations, product development) and manage order-related activities, including production vs. shipping analysis, unappointed orders, and customer-specific processes (roll mitigation, expedited/changed orders, validation dates).
- Execute supply chain, service, and commercial strategies while partnering cross-functionally and with customer planning teams to ensure accurate order management.
- Support item setup/cleanup, order processing, fill-rate and in-stock tracking, and seasonal or promotional alignment.
- Coordinate customer sample requests and manage international technical, regulatory, and compliance documentation.
- Assist with customer visits, pilots, and first production runs.
- Use POS and syndicated data to generate insights, conduct ad-hoc analysis, and identify operational opportunities.
- Monitor and report KPIs including shipments, inventory, forecast accuracy, weekly sales metrics, WOS, fill rate, and YoY comparisons.
- Support demand planning, seasonal and promotional forecasting, and deliver weekly production trackers.
- Complete monthly RSPO and international sales reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field and 2 years of experience with analytics, replenishment, or sales operations experience
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Self-motivated, organization, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated strong customer service orientation with both internal and external customers
- Ability to travel up to 10-15%
