Your day-to-day
Daily Responsibilities Include
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating sophisticated Desoutter assembly and tightening systems to maintain peak equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Providing expert onsite technical support promptly to resolve urgent production line challenges within a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Conducting scheduled preventive maintenance and diligently managing calibration activities to uphold compliance and equipment standards.
- Developing trusted partnerships with customer teams by delivering exceptional service and clear technical guidance, fostering lasting relationships.
- Utilizing equipment and service data analytics to proactively identify areas for improvement and contribute to continuous operational enhancements.
- Educational Background: An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Information Technology, or equivalent technical discipline is preferred; candidates with substantial relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Expertise: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, calibrating, or repairing industrial equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and software-integrated systems.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently utilize diagnostic tools, technical knowledge bases, and innovative solutions to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities, capable of building rapport and delivering clear, effective training and technical advice to diverse audiences.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial assembly tools, torque applications, tightening systems, and calibration procedures is highly desirable.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work beyond standard business hours and travel regularly across the United States, Canada, and occasionally Mexico, to meet customer and company needs.
