Role Description
We are seeking an Associate Sales Representative to join our team in the Western States territory, with primary focus on the Greater Los Angeles Area. This is a full-time, Hybrid position. The Associate Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and presenting DeSoutter Medical's innovative products to healthcare professionals. Additional tasks include attending client meetings, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve territory sales targets while being an integral part of delivering solutions for critical surgical needs.
Qualifications
- Sales and Relationship Management: Proven ability to establish and maintain client relationships, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a customer-centric approach to sales.
- Technical and Product Knowledge: Basic understanding or ability to learn technical and clinical applications of surgical instruments; experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is preferred.
