Small Animal Cardiologist (DVM) – Gig Harbor, WA
An established specialty and emergency veterinary hospital in Gig Harbor, WA is seeking a board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Cardiologist to join a collaborative, multi-specialty team in a state-of-the-art facility. Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of cardiac conditions in small animal patients
- Perform and interpret advanced diagnostics, including echocardiography
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists and emergency clinicians
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding diagnoses and care plans
- Participate in case discussions and contribute to a strong learning environment
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent)
- Board-certified (ACVIM – Cardiology) or residency-trained
- Strong clinical and diagnostic cardiology skills
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and client care abilities
