About the Role

Desort is a nationwide recruitment and staffing firm helping dental practices hire qualified professionals. We are seeking a motivated, results-driven sales representative to acquire new dental practice clients through outbound calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.

Important: This is a 100% commission-only position with no base salary, hourly pay, or guaranteed income. Earnings depend entirely on the business you generate.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to dental practices nationwide.

• Connect with practice owners, office managers, and hiring decision-makers.

• Identify hiring needs and introduce Desort's recruitment services.

• Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into new clients.

• Build and manage your own sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, cold calling, business development, or staffing sales preferred.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.

• Comfortable with rejection and consistent outbound prospecting.

• Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven.

• Comfortable working on a commission-only basis.

• Dental industry experience and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
