Food and Beverage Supervisor
We are in search of a food and beverage professional to be responsible for overseeing and assisting with day-to-day restaurant operations. A successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan, and manage staff, have a thorough understanding of service, and coordinate well with the rest of the management team. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Supervise food and beverage day-to-day operations
- Preserve excellent levels of customer service
- Identify a customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Lead food and beverage team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
- Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
