What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Control Inspector position at DESNA?
DESNA Inc. is looking for Quality Control in the Plymouth/Canton area!!
FULL TIME with overtime!!!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for building and maintaining healthy relationships with customer representatives.
- Take instructions from supervisors.
- Examples of daily responsibilities may include: sorting items during the production process in factories, helping to transport parts by carts and dollies with items on them, unloading trucks and boxes, and loading pieces onto conveyor belts.
- Operate and maintain machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Set up machines based on specifications used.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality control.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must have strong written and verbal skills, be a team player and be able to work well both independently and in a group setting.
- A basic understanding of the automotive industry’s operations and needs
- Attention to ‘detail’ and good ‘hand-eye’ coordination.
- Ability to learn quickly and follow work instructions carefully
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours/day
- Basic understanding of manufacturing facilities
CURRENT SHIFT OPENINGS: FULL TIME (40 hours)
- 7am - 3pm
- 3pm -11pm
- 11pm-7am
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
