Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic technology team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions that drive business growth and enhance user experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into innovative technical solutions, leveraging your expertise in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and system architecture. Your proactive approach and deep understanding of Salesforce platforms will help us optimize our CRM capabilities and ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and customization of Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other relevant tools to meet evolving business needs.
- Design and implement scalable system architectures that incorporate microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) to support high-performance enterprise solutions.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver innovative features following Agile software development methodologies.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and other web services to ensure data consistency and real-time updates.
- Implement best practices in software design patterns, version control (GitHub, SVN), CI/CD pipelines, and security protocols such as RBAC (Role-Based Access Control).
- Optimize system performance by analyzing bottlenecks, enhancing scalability, and applying scalable system design principles for web development projects involving JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the development team.
Skills
- Extensive experience with Salesforce platform development including Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and Salesforce SDKs.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure concepts such as cloud computing (AWS, Azure), microservices architecture, RESTful API design, and scalable systems engineering.
- Proficiency in programming languages including JavaScript (and frameworks like React or Angular), Java, Python, C , C#, VBA, Ruby on Rails for diverse application development needs.
- Deep understanding of software engineering principles including design patterns, system design for system development, version control (GitHub, SVN), CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.
- Familiarity with databases such as SQL Server, MySQL for data modeling and query optimization; experience with application development using Java or Python is a plus.
- Knowledge of Linux environments along with experience in front-end development using modern JavaScript frameworks for web applications.
- Ability to implement security best practices such as RBAC to safeguard sensitive data across cloud infrastructure platforms like AWS or Azure.
