DESKA Foundation Repair is a rapidly growing regional leader in Foundation Repair, Basement Waterproofing, Crawl Space Encapsulation, and Concrete Lifting.

We are looking for a residential Sales Manager to manage our team of outside sales inspectors and sales process.

Our outside sales inspectors meet with potential customers to determine the customer’s concerns and sell projects by offering solutions to resolve their foundation issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interview, hire, and train sales inspectors as needed.
• Create and monitor KPI's and sales processes.
• Conduct on site inspections; diagnose water intrusion, foundation, basement, and crawl space issues.
• Educate owners on the issues in their properties and provide solutions for their concerns and issues.
• Estimate the repairs and provide homeowners with reasonable proposals.
• Close sales with customers on site.
• Meet / exceed established sales goals.
• Commitment to continually improve and execute the sales process.
• Have a positive attitude to all opportunities.
• Represent the company in a professional manner.
• Accurate, timely follow-up and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 3 years of in-home sales experience and be familiar with typical KPI's in this field.
• Must have prior experience leading and growing a sales team.
• Must have some prior construction knowledge and experience. (Residential real estate, home inspection, or home improvement experience accepted)
• Strong work ethic and high integrity.
• Proficient working with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong listening, follow-up and closing skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Background check and valid driver’s license required.
• Must be comfortable with a salary commission based compensation structure.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to carry, climb, crawl, and crouch as necessary to access the required areas. Must be comfortable going into a crawl space areas down to 30" in height.
