Position Summary
Desired Lawn Care LLC is seeking a reliable and hardworking Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside other crew members traveling from job to job maintaining residential and/or commercial lawns. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in keeping properties looking their best.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup
Operate a zero-turn lawn mower to cut grass efficiently and safely
Use equipment such as weed whackers and backpack blowers
Travel with the crew to multiple job sites throughout the day
Load, unload, and maintain lawn care equipment
Assist in keeping trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and organized
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Experience operating a zero-turn lawn mower
Experience driving a truck with a trailer and ability to back up a trailer
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Physical ability to lift, walk, and perform manual labor for extended periods
Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
Schedule
32–35 hours per week
Work is performed during the week (Monday–Friday)
Daytime hours
