Job Overview: We are seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide to join our team in providing exceptional end-of-life care to patients. Responsibilities - Assist patients with activities of daily living including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal hygiene. - Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families. - Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients. - Lift and transfer patients as needed with proper body mechanics. - Launder patient's clothing and bedding. - Document patient care activities accurately and timely using electronic systems.
