Responsibilities for Financial Analyst · Develop and maintain detailed Excel-based financial models for gaming and hospitality revenue, labor, and expense forecasting. · Develop excel templates to expedite accounting close. · Analyze daily, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics such as win per unit, hold percentages, ADR, occupancy, and RevPAR. · Prepare and maintain near-term treasury forecasts. · Prepare and present financial analysis to management on gaming, food & beverage, hotel, and entertainment operations. · Support the budgeting and forecasting process for all departments, ensuring alignment with property and corporate goals. · Conduct variance analysis and identify operational or financial trends that impact profitabilit
Qualifications:Qualifications for finance manager
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated success working inter-departments.
· Experience in dynamic accounting departments, with financial reporting and audit coordination a plus.
· 3–5 years of financial analysis or accounting experience, preferably in the casino, hospitality, or gaming industry.
· Extensive proficiency in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDIRECT, LEFT/RIGHT/LEN, EOMONTH, etc).
· Knowledge of fundamental accounting principles (natural balances, Balance Sheet vs Income Statement and related accounts).
· Experience with casino management systems (e.g., Agilysys, IGT, Aristocrat, or similar) and ERP/accounting software (e.g., Sage Intacct) preferred.
· Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferably in sizable companies.
Must be able to obtain or already have a Nevada Gaming Board License
