Description

The Revenue Manager creates and executes strategic marketing campaigns to attract and retain gaming and non-gaming patrons, driving revenue and market share. Key responsibilities include coordinating special events, analyzing revenue data to identify opportunities, and deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve financial goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement casino marketing strategies, including campaigns, promotions, and events, to align with business objectives and maximize revenue growth.  Promotions & Events: Develop, coordinate, and manage promotional programs and special events, from planning and execution to prize distribution and financial reporting.  Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Hotels, F&B, Finance, and Creative, to ensure integrated marketing efforts and a cohesive customer experience.
• Budget Management: Respond to revenue shortfalls with creative, cost effective 'quick to market' business drivers. Monitor marketing budgets, track expenditures, and contribute to financial projections for proposed promotions.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain awareness of and ensure adherence to all gaming regulations and operational policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent progressive experience.
• Several years of experience in casino marketing, with a proven track record of managing campaigns and achieving sales targets.
• Experience with customer loyalty database, MS Office Suite, and analyzing marketing data.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and build guest relationships.
• Knowledge of social and digital marketing, database management, and event coordination.
• A background in the gaming and hospitality industry is preferred.

Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
