Atlas Gaming Group is seeking a casino marketing executive to lead enterprise-wide marketing, player development, customer loyalty, and revenue growth initiatives across its portfolio of gaming properties.

As the Cawsino Marketing Executive,  you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that increase gaming revenue, strengthen customer loyalty, maximize promotional effectiveness, and drive profitable growth. This executive leadership role requires a deep understanding of casino player development, database marketing, customer analytics, and reinvestment strategy, combined with the ability to leverage the company's hotels, restaurants, fuel offerings, entertainment venues, and other amenities to create compelling customer experiences.

This leader will serve as a key member of the executive management team and play a critical role in shaping the company's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute enterprise-wide marketing and player development strategies that drive gaming revenue and revenue growth.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for all marketing and player development activities.

Lead customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, and VIP development initiatives across all properties.

Establish promotional and reinvestment strategies based on measurable financial returns and customer profitability.

Arrange, plan & execute player events & sponsorships

Analyze and optimize performance through key metrics including ROI, ROPI, theoretical win, customer lifetime value, visitation frequency, and player worth.

Oversee database marketing, CRM, loyalty programs, digital marketing, advertising, and special events.

Create integrated campaigns that leverage lodging, restaurants, fuel, entertainment, and other amenities to increase gaming visitation and guest spend.

Partner with property leaders to align marketing initiatives with operational and financial objectives.

Build, mentor, and develop high-performing marketing and player development teams.

 
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, Gaming Management, or related field.

5 years of progressive casino marketing and player development leadership experience.

Have familiarity with multiple casino operating systems. 

Proven success driving gaming revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

Extensive experience measuring promotional effectiveness and marketing ROI.

Strong knowledge of casino loyalty systems, player tracking platforms, CRM tools, and customer analytics.

Exceptional executive leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

Multi-property gaming experience is strongly preferred.
