As a Manager Client Acquisition, you’ll leverage your connections and industry knowledge to attract and onboard new clients. We encourage you to maximize your sales potential: generate new business, nurture existing client relationships, and open doors—while our recruitment delivery team and collaborative network focus on sourcing and filling roles for your portfolio.
What You’ll Do
Prospect, develop, and manage your book of clients across industries such as Technology, Legal, Healthcare, Finance, HR, Manufacturing, and Hospitality
Focus exclusively on sales, client introductions, and relationship management
Transfer your client searches to expert recruiters and talent specialists within our collaborative network
Maximize revenue by leveraging your network, splitting placement fees with recruiting partners who fill your jobs
Remain fully independent while enjoying access to shared resources, advanced recruiting technology, and a vibrant peer community

Compensation:
