- Schedule appointments accurately using computer software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; maintain calendar management for staff and clients.
- Handle all front desk duties including check-in/check-out procedures, data entry, filing, and maintaining client records with precision.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, offering information about services, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Support office management tasks such as bookkeeping using QuickBooks, proofing documents, and managing office supplies inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills to streamline daily operations.
- Previous office or administrative experience in a customer service environment is highly preferred.
- Proven clerical skills including data entry, filing, proofreading, and managing multi-line phone systems.
