As our Art Director, you’ll help shape creative campaigns from the first spark of an idea through final execution. You’ll collaborate with designers, copywriters, strategists, clients, and production teams to develop standout visual concepts across digital, social, print, branding, advertising, and experiential projects.
What you’ll do:
Lead the visual direction for campaigns, brand identities, and creative concepts
Develop mood boards, layouts, storyboards, presentations, and polished design work
Partner with copywriters and creative teams to turn big ideas into compelling visuals
Present creative concepts clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients
Guide designers and provide thoughtful feedback to elevate the work
Stay ahead of design trends, culture, technology, and creative innovation
Ensure all work is visually strong, brand-right, and strategically grounded
What we’re looking for:
A strong portfolio that shows concept-driven creative thinking
Experience in an agency, studio, or fast-paced creative environment
Excellent design, typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
Ability to move from high-level concepting to hands-on execution
Strong communication and presentation skills
A collaborative mindset and a passion for making great work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; motion, Figma, or AI creative tools are a plus
