What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing/New Business Coordinator position at Designsensory?

Job responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Spearheading RFP responses; responsible for compiling pitch decks; maintain RFP log
- Ensure team members are equipped with the assets, info, and direction needed to complete scheduled tasks
- Field inquiries from prospective clients, filtering and vetting opportunities based on the agency’s priorities
- General strategic communications support and development
- Maintain up-to-date case studies for use on the website and in business development pitch materials
- Ensure internal projects are properly scheduled and executed in accordance with established timelines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or a closely related discipline is desired but not required
- 3-5 years experience in new business development; candidates with agency experience will be given preference.
- Strong digital and social awareness and knowledge
- Excellent communications skills and impressive attention to detail
- Ability to write clear and concise copy with creativity and flair
- An autonomous worker who is proactive
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skill set
- Ability to thrive and remain agile in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Director of Client Growth with responsibility to the Sr. Manager of Strategy & Account Planning. Telecommuter and part-time applications will not be accepted.
