About Us:
We are a growing wholesale and ecommerce company in the spiritual and wellness space, supplying products to retailers across the U.S. We are looking for a dependable and organized Office Administrator to support our daily operations and help keep our business running smoothly.

Position Overview:
This is a hands-on role that includes general office administration, invoicing, customer communication, and payment follow-ups. You will work closely with our team to ensure operations stay organized and customers are supported.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and send customer invoices accurately and on time
  • Follow up with customers regarding pending payments (phone, email, and messaging)
  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions
  • Perform general office administrative tasks and data entry
  • Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and customer communications
  • Coordinate with internal teams on orders, billing issues, and customer needs
  • Assist with day-to-day office operations and support overall workflow

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Hindi and English (required)
  • Strong communication skills, especially over the phone
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Comfortable using Excel, email, and basic office systems
  • Ability to multitask and follow through on responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration, customer service, or operations
  • Experience with invoicing, billing, or payment follow-ups
  • Experience in wholesale, ecommerce, or product-based businesses

Compensation:

  • $20 – $22.50 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (In-office)

Work Location:

  • Ontario, CA (In-person only)
