This role is part of a series of pilots as we explore what a high-impact AI learning experience for other verticals could look like.
About The Role
We’re looking for experienced marketing operators who use AI deeply in their day-to-day work—people who’ve actually run campaigns, built workflows, tested ideas, automated processes, or driven measurable results with AI tools.
This is a flexible contract role where you may participate as an:
Instructor (Live Sessions and Content Creation)
You’ll Design And Deliver Live Workshops As Part Of One Of Our Pilot Programs. Topics May Include (but Aren’t Limited To)
Mentor (Small-Group Coaching Practitioner Guidance)
You’ll Support Small Groups Of Learners By

- AI SEO / AEO (optimizing for AI search LLM-driven discovery)
- AI-powered content pipelines (repurposing long-form into multi-channel assets)
- AI for rapid creative testing and experimentation
- AI for marketing automation (agents, Zapier, HubSpot workflows, CRM automations)
- AI for performance marketing workflows (ad creative, targeting exploration, market mapping)
Mentor (Small-Group Coaching Practitioner Guidance)
You’ll Support Small Groups Of Learners By
- Helping them apply AI tools to real marketing scenarios
- Reviewing their work and giving concrete feedback
- Guiding them through problem-solving and experimentation
- Offering tactical advice based on your lived experience
Who We’re Looking For

This Might Include
- Creating or optimizing for LLM-based search
- Using AI for SEO content planning, clustering, entity mapping
- Repurposing content at scale (video → clips, long-form → social, etc.)
- Building automations using tools like Zapier, HubSpot, Notion, Airtable
- Using AI for idea generation, analysis, or rapid testing
- Running experiments quickly using AI-powered creative or copy variations
You don’t need to be a polished conference speaker.
But You Do Need
- Clarity in explaining complex ideas
- Comfort interacting live with learners
- Ability to create hands-on examples people can follow
- Willingness to break down your actual workflows
- Successfully taught a workshop, webinar, or bootcamp
- Published a course, guide, or talk on AI marketing
- Worked at a well-known or high-growth company
- Presented at an SEO / growth / marketing conference
- Have existing materials you could adapt
This is a flexible contract role.
- Upfront hours are modest (prep a single workshop or small-group mentorship).
- There is potential to scale into recurring workshops, expanded content, or ongoing mentorship depending on the pilot’s success and your desire for more hours.
- Compensation is competitive and based on experience, role type, and session scope. Compensation for workshop instruction is typically in the $100-$200 hourly range, with lower rates for mentorship alone.
